Description: The panelist will discuss the key points in nursing residency programs (what it is, what it is not), explain the role of the Clinical Resource Nurse, and discuss best practices for success for newly hired RNs.

ED nurse at NYP Weill Cornell and the Former Director of the Emergency Nurse Residency Program. He is also a premedical student at Columbia University. Jeffrey is a graduate of the NYU Rory Meyers College of Nursing.
Works at the Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) of Langone Health. He is currently in the nursing residency program. Adam serves on the board of the NYU Meyers Alumni Association
